Re: [Audyssey] Accessible Cribbage: Board Game and iOS
well there is the spoonbil cribage game but I have not played it much. To be honest I have a lot of cards boards and the like for a lot of games and back in the time of yesteryear about 20-15 years back life was easy and gaming was king. Now everyone has work, holidays are the thing of the past, so much needs doing and when stuff is not happening no one really thinks of the old games anymore. I have to pull myself away from the borg like grasp of the net to just sit with my family. So yeah tech is just something we will have to get used to. On hokidays when we really do blob out when we shut off your computers and phones have a few walks and sleeps we never have of late got to the point to bring out a game board. And since a lot of these are outside the country or have been its never happened. An accessible iOS Cribbage game is Cribbage Pro. It offers single and multiplayer, optional manual counting, and more. I don't know of any accessible versions of this game, but the peg board and cards are accessible out of the box. Re: [Audyssey] Accessible Cribbage: Board Game and iOS
I know that cribbage boards for blind players are accessible, although I don't remember from where. I have seen them. Any deck of cards can be brailled, but a deck of prebrailled cards might come with the boards as a set. As for IOS versions of cribbage, check www.applevis.com and you will find one that you can get through iTunes. that is very Voice-Over friendly. --- Be positive!
