This one's a bit tough, you have to: S P O I L E R Defeat the crimson helmed rider until you have reached a certain number. The rider shows you his palm at the beginning of the encounter with a number imblazened on it, and I believe this number has to be 5 before he'll tell you about the new adventure. Visit the Crimson Helmed Rider in the Longspur Downs, Southern Tysa. You have to visit him a certain number of times, though it seems to be random. So it'll take you a few days to find the new adventure.
