Hmm, I'm not sure how to rejoin channels then. Did you try doing the channel name with the - again? maybe it's a toggle switch. Turns out there's a problem with the public channel and not allowing you to rejoin for some reason. The admin are probably looking into it. Every other channel works fine though for joining, and its just +ch channel name, with no plus sign.
