Hi Allan, It is very easy to do that. Just load the movie or whatever sound into Gold Wave, press the space bar to start it playing, then press the left bracket to mark the start and the right bracket to mark the end and then control t to trim everything before and after those marks. You can also manually edit those time numbers in the edit menu. Hope that might get you started. [Audyssey] goldwave haze
Well, got the program bought it. My first thought wasWhat does all these weird words mean?, lol. I am trying to read thru the manual but I am not doing to well with it. I also tried to download or just view some goldwave pod casts from that blind cool tech website but the links weren't working. Does anyone have any were else one could find stuff like that? I do want to be able to use it to get sound clips from various movies, which would hopefully be used in games, not to mention all the other stuff.
