Re: [Audyssey] Games for the Blind on Nintendo's Wii
hi. there. yes it's true that u have to point and click to get in to the various channels to get in to the game itself. but it all u need is to get familiarise with the various positions of the icons on the screen and it can be done. because when u move your wii remote around the screen, and when u land on an icon there will be a short vibration on your wii mote and also u will hear a click sound. it's just a matter of practice. i have 2 friends who are blind and are enjoying wii games very much. - Original Message - From: Kelly Sapergia [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: gamers@audyssey.org Sent: Sunday, July 06, 2008 7:18 AM Subject: Re: [Audyssey] Games for the Blind on Nintendo's Wii Hi Nicol, I tried the AudiOdyssey game when it was released for Windows a few months ago. As for the Wii, if they've got it where you can play it on the actual console, that would be interesting. I know you can set up the Wii-mote to be used on a computer by means of Bluetooth, according to the AudiOdyssey manual, but I don't own a Wii so don't know how well that would work. I thought about getting one when they first came out, but I'm not going to because of it's interface. From what I saw of it, you have to point and click on various channels, such as disc channel to get a game going. That was just my first impression of the thing anyway. Thanks. Hi Nicol, Inno Setup is a program software developers use to create setup files for their programs. In fact, Inno is the setup tool I use for creating the setup/installers for all of my games and applications. nicol wrote: Is inosetup a separate program? --- Gamers mailing list __ Gamers@audyssey.org If you want to leave the list, send E-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] You can make changes or update your subscription via the web, at http://audyssey.org/mailman/listinfo/gamers_audyssey.org.
