Just check the code out into a new docroot (eg. /var/www/html/ganglia-2.0), copy version.php.in - version.php and conf.php.in - conf.php, fix up a few variables and that should be it. You may need to install the PHP JSON extension, for more information refer to the README. I will be checking in some bootstrap code soon that will make all this automatic.
