We got our tickets in the mail yesterday, so I'm ready to go!
For those who haven't seen them-
The tickets are larger than last year's version. The Gator head and the
opponent's logo are both embossed. This year's cover boys are Urban Meyer,
Brandon Spikes, Brandon James, Tim Tebow (for the FSU game, photographed at
last year's game with FSU end zone paint all over his jersey) and Albert. We
also get a helmet and a picture of the team running onto the field. A photo
of gloved hands holding the crystal ball is in the center of the ticket
sheet, not on an actual ticket. Tickets have your account number printed on
them this year, in addition to the bar code.
I watched the beginning of the South Carolina game this morning on Sunshine.
I had forgotten how our offense really had a lot of trouble getting going in
that game. Thank goodness for the defense and special teams. Hopefully
nobody is expecting things to be easy this year.
