  Gaydar founder Frisch dies
Monday, February 12 2007, 12:01 GMT

By Joanne Oatts, Media Correspondent

The directors of QSoft Consulting, owners of the Gaydar brand, have
confirmed the sudden death of its co-founder and chairman, Gary
Frisch.

Police found South African-born Frisch, 38, outside his Wandsworth
home in south-west London, at 1pm on Saturday. It appeared he had
fallen from an eighth floor balcony and was pronounced dead at the
scene. Police are treating his death as "unexplained", pending a post-
mortem and CID investigation.

In a statement, the company said: "It is with great regret that we
make this announcement. Gary was a highly regarded leader and
colleague who cared first and foremost about the gay and lesbian
community that we serve. He was an accomplished entrepreneur and a
very generous man who also cared deeply about the people who worked
for and with him.

"Gary's legacy as a co-founder of the Gaydar phenomenon is immense
and it is one that we shall both celebrate and continue into the
future. Gary will never be forgotten and he is deeply missed by us
all."

Frisch co-founded the brand in 1999, expanding into internet dating
services, events and the digital radio station.

QSoft said that an event planned this Thursday in London to mark the
fifth birthday of GaydarRadio would go ahead as planned.

"GaydarRadio was one of Gary's proudest achievements to date and that
is what he would have wanted," the company said.

Re: g_b gay sheep-Vomit - what's so special of being gay? take yourselves too important, eh?

2007-02-09 Thread Héctor Escobedo
Being Gay means to be a special person. We gay people have the same as
everybody else but, we are mucho more sensitive to art, music, literature, good
manners and an intuitive form to get alone well with everrybody.
We do not exclude anybody because of sexual preferences, religion, skin color
and political ideas.
We gay people when get a couple and remain toguether is because of mutual
love and understanding, no laws ore religion at all obliges us to remain
toguether but love. Is that a good difference?

I do not know if hormones have something to do with this. I have a twinbrother,
phisically we are like two water drops but, I have always been gay and he is
straight. I had some difficulties on my childhood but not many. He used to play
basball, foot ballwhile I always preferred to read and wacht art books.
Thos preference difereneces hapen betwenn straight people, so I stil do not
know the diference. We gays ares simply huma beeins as anybody else with a
diferente sexual preference.

It IS the theory floating around now that one is "made gay" in the

identical twins can be gay and straight.

"GOYs" are an odd bunch, to me, since I heard about them for the
first time through Yahoo. I wonder who made that name up? I know a
lot a people who just call themselves "gay" and they're not into anal
sex. I don't know why the labels have become so strict.
