First of all let me tell you that I don't Yell at anyone. I very
casually asked this question like any other member would ask to his
close friend.
It was not any kind of Interrogation either (as you felt so).
So plz. mind your language, especially when you correspond in a public
forum.
Secondly, the sudden change in the party day really came up as a
surprise so I thought of putting this question across.
And what makes you say that 'Guys Like Me take GB parties for granted'
Plz. note that it's only when more and more people come to GB parties,
the party becomes more n more enjoyable and fun filled experience.
What's there to be taken for granted here :-)) I really don't
understand your psychology.
When any such GB parties are arranged, do you arrange them for
charity? Or rather let me ask you whether you throw such parties to
the entire community out of your own pocket? Certainly not.
People (Including you) come to enjoy during such event, some even make
money from such parties (either they sell themselves or they sell
tickets)...so I really don' understand...what made you say that 'I
take such parties for granted'?
Also when anyone comes to attend these parties, he or she pays for it,
as nothing comes for free in this world.
So lets not argue on what I feel and what I don't...take things
lightly dude...
And if you are really geared up for fighting then go to Kargilour

Many of us too actively participate in most of the GB events. And I
feel we have every right to know about the factor that caused the
change to our normal routine of having GB parties...Its as simple as
that...
And rather than creating such a silly dispute, you should have
courteously informed everyone about the reason for changing the day
for this event.
Stop taking things personally here.

That's the problem we're now facing at Velocity which has a new management.
These guys have told us they have no problems with GB parties, but they are
clear that they want to make more money. So for weekend parties it was going to

compromised on a Thursday at the old rate.
For the record, we have frequently held parties on weekdays and that;s how it

shows, its not one we can count on having.
I think the real problem is that guys like you seem to be taking the GB parties
for granted, without realising the problems we still face organising them.
Please be assured that we don't do things at a kick of a thought but do our
best to come up with parties that balance the best interests of everyone, and
that is never going to be easy,
