Try "Supporters" or "Atheletic Supporters". You will get them at all Sports
shops. They are easily and very commonly available all over India.

as far as i know , in indian sports arena, jock strap is known as BIKE. if you
ask for a jockstarp , i doubt if anybody will recognise it . its an american
word and concept that hold a jock by straps. my brother was a footballer and i
remember him refering it as ..bike. i myself didnt know the word jockstarp
until late.. so try BIKE in a sports shop or in an undergarments shop and let
us know how it goes
