 About your bailey, you see the weight you can’t get in one night only its keep accumulate day by day so it will not go very soon to. First of all you have to set planning in your mind that you are going to set back your bailey this is the most important thing is which you have to do. Whatever you do you must have to set programming in your mind and think very positively that it’s working. Most of guys they are very much in hurry to know result that if they start exercise next day morning the bailey has to be in shape or the weight has to be lose .so patients and mind programming is most important then turn come for work out that what to do exactly. Those guys who really want to lose weight for them they have to start a light work out such as jogging, walking etc. don’t do so much workout on first day .it has been observed that first day every one do lot of workout and next day its goes down or ma be no more due to tiredness.

Therefore set target from day one .do start your work out from 5 minutes and day by day increase and then the day you feel that 60 minutes is only my stamina or 45 minutes that is your capacity .the most important thing is in whole process to burn the calories.

For tummy you have to do sit ups the most profitable workout .yes I know its very hard in begging but same rules will be apply here start from 5 sit ups. Don’t exceed from day one heavily .if you feel pain in stomach that is good symptom means your hard work is really works. When you have pain that time the fats start to lose and that’s the reason you feel pain.

Now the important thing is food also when you do weight loose work out you must have to care about your eating habits. Guys do exercise and then they eat more they assume that I have lost a lot so I need recovery. Its not a good idea at all you really need to watch it. This is the time to decide what to eat what not. Eat protein as much as you can avoid fats. Stop eating chocolate, tea coffee, and all sugar-based product .in breakfast if you are in hobbit to eat omlate stop it eat boiled egg. Avoid butter use cheese. On the lunch and dinner stop eating meat but you can still eat grilled meat and chicken. Make sure when you eat chicken avoid to eat skin portion. For vegetarians can eat all vegetable but potato’s has more calories so avoid it.
