I checked and the bahviour hasn't changed in the past three years, libada is
not rebuilt when the backend is.

If it's accepted as normal (Paolo?) I'll close this report.

I don't think they ever did; indeed toplevel bootstrap was enabled on
2005-12-14 which is after this bugreport was started.  You can make
clean-target; make all or make restrap.

Actually none of the target libraries are rebuilt after the compiler is rebuilt.

Thanks for the cc:, although I do monitor all Ada bugs, so do not worry,
I saw your report ;-)

Unfortunately, I am not a libada (actually GCC configure, script, makefile)
expert so I am not the best person to ask.
