lto-plugin.c uses mkdtemp unconditionally, which breaks Solaris 10/x86 bootstrap where this function is missing (while it was introduced for Solaris 11). There should be a replacement, but the fix for PR bootstrap/39022 would avoid this since gold currently cannot be used on non-GNU/Linux configurations (cf. PR gold/7024).
