This has nothing to do with complex per se, it's simply about parsing nan,
infinity, and so on. We'll reconsider the issue in the context of C++0x (but as
a matter of fact I'm afraid we didn't manage to actually improve "Stage 2"
about that), but otherwise this is 27904.
