Compared to GCC 5, the GCC 6 release series includes a much improved
implementation of the OpenACC 2.0a specification.  See
 or the OpenACC wiki page for a
high-level overview.

oacc kernels implementation introduces pass_lim before pass_stdarg, which
causes problems ( https://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc/2015-01/msg00282.html ). PR64950
should fix that.

Even though, it is not fully working, yet. I think this PR can now be closed
