Yes this was fixed.
The miscompiling of postreload.c is due to the patch which fixed PR 32283.

I'd hoped this would fix the miscompilation of stage2 that I have
been seeing since yesterday but it does not.  I see the
same failure has been reported on solaris and aix.

Also see the same ICE at -O2 on hppa.
