There is a second PR (PR 23188) that looks like a duplicate of this and I *think* this might be the same bug as PR 23240, a litle-endian/big-endian bug in the IA64 vectorizor code. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=22148
