This is not really a bug as the ISAs get enabled at a different point than the
help is printed out.

ISAs are disabled by default. x86 backend will enable them later.

The same problem appears on a 64-bit system:

Linux granbo-3 4.0.4-303.fc22.x86_64 #1 SMP Thu May 28 12:37:06 UTC 2015 x86_64

using:

gcc version 5.1.1 20150618 (Red Hat 5.1.1-4) (GCC)
