Bug ID: 97302 Summary: FreeBSD build fails with contrib/download_prerequisites with missing gmp.h Product: gcc Version: unknown Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P3 Component: target Assignee: unassigned at gcc dot gnu.org Reporter: tkoenig at gcc dot gnu.org Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 49310 --> https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=49310&action=edit config.log from the attempt I tried to bootstrap gcc on FreeBSD (to test the native_coarray branch) using contrib/download_prerequisites. IEEE extended, little endian checking for TLS support using C11... yes checking for library containing clock_gettime... none required checking for gmp.h... no configure: error: gmp.h can't be found, or is unusable. gmake[2]: *** [Makefile:6521: configure-stage1-mpfr] Error 1 gmake[2]: Leaving directory '/usr/home/tkoenig/trunk-bin' gmake[1]: *** [Makefile:27350: stage1-bubble] Error 2 gmake[1]: Leaving directory '/usr/home/tkoenig/trunk-bin' gmake: *** [Makefile:1005: all] Error 2 This is on gcc303.fsffrance.org in my home directory (nothing else there), so if somebody wants to look, go right ahead. It was configured with ../trunk/configure --enable-languages=c,c++,fortran and compilation attempted with gmake -j3
