I intentionally chose EMBEDDED to omit DFP.

Don't you want ISA_2_5_MASKS_SERVER then?  Or don't you want DFP?

AIX 7.1 minimum hardware is Power6.  This patch changes TARGET_DEFAULT
to ISA 2.05.
