This merges the last conversion pattern from tree-ssa-forwprop.c.

Bootstrapped and tested on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu, applied.

        * tree-ssa-forwprop.c (simplify_conversion_from_bitmask): Remove.
        (pass_forwprop::execute): Do not call simplify_conversion_from_bitmask.
