I addressed all review comments, clarified some code. The random seed generation in gcc.c is now fixed too and toplev.c detects this case and doesn't rerun the CRC.
Repasses bootstrap and testsuite on x86_64-linux. Since the previous version was approved I will commit in 24h, unless there are new objections. -Andi
