As I promise, this is my estimation for finishing previously mentioned
works:
1) Integrate GSoC'14 GNM by Mikhail Gusev. He finished most of work, but
I need to review his code. - *plan to finish on 15 of May*
2) Add support for ArcGIS Server REST API to WMS driver. It'll be very
good to add this functionality to GDAL v.2 - *already commited to trunk**.*
3) Add support for metadata numerous imagery satellites (Alos, EROS,
Formosat, Kompsat, Landsat, Pleiades, RepidEye, Spot, Resurs-DK). -
*plan to finished 25 of April *
So only no. 1 will not be ready for GDAL 2.0 beta version release (April
30th). I think this is not blocking issue. The GNM may be included in
next release (may be 2.0.1).
