HI, i am a newbie
I am trying to merge two geotif files, with gdal_merge.py.
I get the following error message.

I am sure its just a configuration issue. I am using windows xp, and
FWTools2.4.7, and i did add the C:\Program files\FWtools2.4.7\Pymod to
the path, and rebooted but still get the error?

Any suggestion, will be greatly appreciated, than you.'

Theuns,

You should issue the command from within the FWTools Shell to ensure
the environment is setup. If not, you will need to review the settings
in setfw.bat and setfwenv.bat. I imagine you have missed adding the
bin directory to the path, but there are also other important environment
variables.

Best regards,
