[gem5-users] RISCV Power/Energy Estimation

Dear gem5 users,

In the past, I got power/energy estimations of ARM and X86 ISAs  
through McPAT. However, I would like to get power estimations using  
RISCV FS. I found the McPAT-Calib in which the authors describe that  
they use it in combination with the gem5. Has anyone used this or  
similar tool to obtain power estimations for RISCV ISA?

[gem5-users] Energy breakdown of a gem5 system

Dear gem5-users,

I’m currently investigating the energy and power consumption of X86 
architecture based systems. I do benchmarks in full system mode using the 
TimingSimpleCPU.
I know about the detailed power model for DRAM within gem5, and also the energy 
and power breakdown about the main memory, but I cannot find information about 
the whole system, or the CPU in the output statistics. 
Is there a power model for CPUs included in gem5?
