Hi Carol - Wikien-l is generally a fairly low trafficked list, I think I get an email or two a month from it. Unfortunately as far as I know there hasn't been any terribly significant discussion of gendergap issues (barring the German flurry a while ago) in the recent past on public lists, although a number of different sets of people have been organizing to try to address different parts of the problem privately.
