Open source? Free? Something you can make look like you made, and then
remove credits of the real creators without their permission?

[brlug-general] Web templates/CMS

What are folks using for GPL'd web templates and/or CMS nowadays for self
hosted websites?  I haven't done much HTML editing in years and don't
really have the time to get into it.  I would rather not use wordpress...
I just need a basic CMS for a typical static web site that doesn't look
terribly dated.  I know there are places like Wix, etc. but looking for
something GPL, CC, etc.
