You could do that inside Ant but not inside Gump.

But that's not what I wanted to say.  I tried to suggest building the jar like 
any other jar as a project in Gump.  We can't do this if there is no public 
source repository, so that idea is moot.

I'll add the jar you have attached as well as a license and make sure it 
becomes available to the FOP test project.

Actually, it is enough to copy the files en.xml and de.xml from the hyph/ 
directory of that archive into the hyph/ directory at the root of FOP. How 
could we do that in Gump?

I'd recommend building it from source instead.  Strange thing is I can't seem 
to find the sources at Sourceforge.
