[X] +1 Accept BlueSky for incubation I've read the discussion on the proposal and share the concerns voiced. But the incubator exists to mitigate those concerns, not prevent a project from joining. Currently, most of our developers are not native speaker of English. We have some difficulties to communicate in English orally. But we have enough language skill to communicate in written English. By the way, our English language skill are improving during communicate with community. So, I think we have enough capability to conduct our project in a world wide community, which is in English.
