Could clutch in some way be used to mimic Marvin for the Incubator?

I for one would really appreciate an email each month saying what
projects need to report.

Could simply be group1.html, group2.html and group3.html mailed to
general@ rotating every month.

Good catch - it's dougsale, should be fixed now.

Feedback on Apache Kalumet

2009-01-16 Thread Jean-Baptiste Onofré
Hi all,

I haven't had any feedback since the Apache Kalumet proposal wiki page creation.

If you have any comments or questions on the proposal, please, mail me, I will
give
you all informations that you need.

@Jim (Jagielski), as you mention before, I have had you as proposal mentor.

I have a lot of commits waiting the result of the proposal. I would like to
avoid to
commit on the sourceforge repository as I prefer to reserve the new version for
Apache Kalumet (I hope that the project will be accepted :)).

Thanks
Regards

asf-authorization tidyup

2009-01-16 Thread sebb
There are some inconsistencies in the incubator sections of asf-authorization:

1) TLPs still listed as 'current incubator project': couchdb qpid

These need to be moved further down the list, beyond the marker:

# graduating incubator projects

2) TLPs with incubator subdirectories: cayenne ibatis roller tuscany

The following sections should be removed, as the directories to which
they relate are no longer in SVN:

[/incubator/cayenne]
@cayenne = rw

[/incubator/ibatis]
@ibatis = rw

[/incubator/roller]
@roller = rw

[/incubator/tuscany]
@ws-tuscany = rw
@ws-all = rw

Thanks!

Aren't those directories still available in the history?

Even if so, I am not sure of what is the semantics of "w" there...
creating a new tag off an old version? branching the old tree? does not
look likely or really useful.

Just trying to understand the meaning

2009-01-16 Thread Luciano Resende
Are you planning to upload the javadoc jars to maven
(sanselan-0.96-incubator-javadoc.jar) ? if so the javadoc must have
LICENSE. NOTICE, DISCLAIMER

Minor comments
   - source and binary distribution are being extracted to same directory
   - can't find keys online, but after importing KEYS file from
distribution signatures are ok.
