So I think we accomplished most of the goals that we set when we decided to join ASF Incubator. Therefore, although it is not a requirement, but recommended to express our willingness/readiness to govern ourselves, I'd like to start this vote within the community about the graduating of Marmotta out of Incubator and establishing it as Top Level Project. Graduated projects need to clean up (Was: svn commit: r1532364)
Please do not hand-edit the generated files. Graduating projects need to follow a number of steps. The docs do explain those steps. Clutch tries to help by linking to some relevant docs. See the notes against the DeltaSpike entry and other graduated projects: http://incubator.apache.org/clutch.html#other Please encourage projects to clean up after themselves.
