Re: [tdf-discuss] Re: OpenOffice.org Apache Incubator Proposal: Splitting^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^HREUNITING the Community?
Florian, Yes, I see the licensing topic and that there are different views on that. However, I don't know if that requires to set-up all community efforts a second time. Simon posted one possible creative solution. Setting up a parallel project IMHO is wrong. -Can you help me to understand this Simon posted one possible creative solution? It seems the discussion is making progress. I like to think this is appropriate to be seen in Initial source files (was: OpenOffice: were are we now?) thread than here. -- Kevin

Re: OpenOffice and the ASF
First time posting to this list and has been reading it for few days now. Permit my naive question, can both organizations (TDF and Apache) separate from their own licensing dependencies and establish an independent entity (or something that works) to develop some code that can benefit both parties? -- Kevin ___ This email, including any attachments sent with it, is confidential and for the sole use of the intended recipient(s). Re: [RESULTS][VOTE] Wave accepted into the ASF incubator
Would it be a good idea to translate this page to other languages? Or something is more urgent for translation than this? I can try to help. http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/WaveProposal 2010/12/3 Dan Peterson dpeter...@google.com Hi everyone, I'm pleased to report that the vote to accept Wave into the ASF incubator was overwhelmingly positive. By my tally, there have been 88 votes over the past 3+ days, including 18 IPMC binding votes, 8 votes by members of the ASF, and no -1 votes.
