[REMINDER] The Apache Answer project v1.4.0-RC1 has been waiting for votes for quite some time now
Dear IPMC Members, I have resolved the issues raised in this poll: 1. Fixed the Keys link address. 2. Changed the artifact download address to match the closer.lua style. 3. The docker latest image has been rolled back to the old version. Apache Answer version 1.4.0-RC1 has been waiting for a vote for more than two weeks, and two votes are missing.
