I've loaded it into test:

Can I please get someone to confirm that it looks right before I do the
real load?

It's live now :)
I've updated the text that talks about site2 and am pondering how best to
do the live update of /www/jakarta.apache.org/.

SVN doesn't let you checkout on top of an existing version, so I'll have
to move the current site out of the way prior to pushing it. So a very
tiny bit of downtime will probably happen.

I've not seen a commit mail from the svn commit I made, probably it's in
the moderation queue for jakarta-site2-cvs, so need to figure out who is
moderating that :)

Yep, I quickly moved it out of the way and did a checkout on top of
/www/jakarta.apache.org/. Seems to be working fine, so we're live on svn
now :)

Convert jakarta-site2 to Subversion

The Jakarta project would like to migrate jakarta-site2 to Subversion.

Thanks,

Hen

We need to export

 jakarta-site2

to SVN and then lock the CVS module.

The resulting repo we need is:

 /jakarta/
   /site/ (jakarta-site2 HEAD)

We see no need to store tags and branches for the jakarta site.
