[gentoo-user] Error emerging gvim

I am having errors when emerging gvim:

I built it yesterday without any problem(just that the patch were
corrupted and I had to redownload them... but that error occured when
source unpacking)
whats the CFLAGS you using? how many times have you tried to emerge
this? hate to say but some times it works the second time :) may be your
machine got overheated or something?

No amount of redownloading helped my digest problem with one of the

I dont know about gvim-6.1-r6 the original problem posted was for r7 and
thats the one I was talking about. Its seems to be working for you also
from what I read in the bug report. r7's gtk2 layout is pretty cool
too!! :)

Well, vim is broken, too.  I tried the masked and unmasked releases and it 
breaks on the gtk2 patch.  I hope it's fixed soon!
