[gentoo-user] RDesktop
Hi! :) I need help configuring rdesktop. It's always telling me that I'm trying to connect to my own computer even if my "own" computer is on linux! :) Have you encounter this type of error? The program doesn't return any error... so I don't know where to check, it's Windows XP that's telling me that I'm trying to connect to my own computer Thanks Michel -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list

What happens when you execute rdesktop from a shell as opposed to an icon? I execute it from a shell... I obtained the logon screen with login, password and Domain... And I complete all this correctly, and the error message I obtain is : I cannot connect to my own computer. For the record, Im running v1.2.0 and my full command line is : /usr/bin/rdesktop -u username -g 1250x925 -k en-gb ip-address Where username and ip-address are, obviously, my user and win2k server. -- Mark -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list
