[gentoo-user] emerge update only if needs

Hello,

I's emerge have any solution to UPDATE-ONLY-NEEDS.

I don't want to update Xfree to -r3,
-r2 is good enough.

But emerge -p -u gtk2 wants to do it.

Don't use -u as it will also update dependencies. Only use -u for system
or world upgrades.
