[gentoo-user] lmule causes lockup
I just recently emerge'd the latest version of lmule (1.2.0.1). It starts just fine. The problem comes when I try to do a search. As soon as I hit enter to start the search, the system immediately becomes sluggish. I switch over to a terminal and run top. lmule is using 98% CPU and over 40% RAM (I have 384Mb). After about 30 seconds, the system locks solid. I can't even ssh to it. I've never had this happen before in the 4 months or so I've been using Gentoo.
