It looks like what my ISP (Earthlink) has available as an anti-spam measure. It's the highest level of protection in that only people you specifically allow to e-mail you will get their messages through. If you follow the instructions, the user, Jonathan, in this case, will get your reply to him. Personally, I don't think I'll EVER sign up to have the privilege of sending someone an e-mail.
