That's ACCEPT_KEYWORDS, not USE. Don't ever screw around with the x86 /
other arch settings in USE, you could really really confuse things (the
arch USE flags are set by profile and portage and are used for
arch-specific patches and the like).

I just got the same message after syncing. I am using ~x86 from my very start
with gentoo. I, too, would like to know what's going on.

Someone screwed up a deprecated flag. You can ignore it, it'll go away
next time you sync.
