world I have run into a problem compiling yelp:

[stripped a lot of unprintable junk]

Please use --nospinner and --color n to avoid unprintable junk in
emerge's output.

I must say though, that when you scroll through his message
in an email client, the effect is kind of neet. :P  At the right
speed, you can see the spinner spinning. :P
