I notice your gentoo-sources are installed with -symlink.  Dou you have
a symlink /usr/src/linux pointing to the installed kernel sources?
I don't use genkernel so I don't know if it matters.

I'm assuming it's a genkernel bug.
I've masked the latest ~arch version and it worked.
