[gentoo-user] how to get vi!?
Hi Im using 2006.1 and it seems that vi isn't included.how do I install it? Tried emerge vi but it's not found

A bunch of packages including app-editors/vim provide vi (as well as vim in that case)... And the kernel doesn't provide any editors. Don't really get why anyone would want vi over vim. All I can think is that Vim is larger than Vi and on tiny little systems it could make a difference.
