Thanks, Richard This has to do with the printing support of samba, your smb.conf is probably configured to share printers as well as files, and when samba tries to access the print spooler to find out what printers are available it fails to connect. Samba regards this as non-fatal as it can still provide useful services by sharing files and directories.
