Now that I looked at it, it really isn't in the logout dialog, but it is
in the Leave tab in the start menu:

that is strange - have you just moved your .kde3.5 dir to .kde4.2 so that an 
old config might hurt you?

(missing in my K-menu) session-related K-menu item?
