I was not aware there was such a thing until now.
I don't now, but I would consider it useful if maintaining one or more legacy 
versions of Geoserver for my organization, though I would first try to avoid 
getting into that situation before adopting such a solution.

we are aware of the existence of the manual and we do include it as
part of the documentation of our product which bundles a GeoServer
release w/ its installer.

Hello,

I've got a few quick questions for everyone concerning the GeoServer PDF
user manual:

How many of you are:
Aware that a PDF version of the GeoServer User manual exists.
Use the PDF User manual or find it useful.

If you were not aware of its existence, would you find a PDF user manual
useful?

Preliminary evidence suggests that despite the fact that we build it every
release, it is not actually getting used (in part because there is no easy
way of getting it, since it is not getting put up on the download site
right now).
