Hi Steve, can you give some more insight into as in what the problem is? There was one case that I was involved with using two custom gridsets (for EPSG:3301 and EPSG:3857) and both of them seeded just fine using GeoServer bin deploy v 2.11, and after upgrade to 2.12.1 aswell. And I had no problems with the EPSG:3301 gridset in 2.13 aswell.
