[Geotools-devel] GeoTools 20-RC release artifacts ready for tests

Hi,
the GeoTools release artifacts are available as preview here:
https://build.geoserver.org/geotools/release/20-RC/

I'm trying to perform a build with empty maven repo locally, but my
connection is slow,
if you have one of the 100Mbit+ connections and want to run it too,
you have a very good chance of beating me to the punch and save some time
in the release process :-)

Content looks good to me, although one suggestion would be to move the
"please test" section higher up (perhaps before the new features) for a
slight increase in the change of people reading it and actually testing the
RC.

I did see one minor typo ("suite" instead of "suit" in the JTS section,
second paragraph), and it looks like I don't have the ability to edit the
post to fix it.

Though I already did it in the announcement, but the upgrade documentation
was not up to date, is that what you changed?

[Geotools-devel] Geopackage tests failing

Hi,
the GeoPackage tests are currently failing in filtering. The failure is
fairly obvious, but went un-noticed
because the tests are running as "online".

Wondering:

   - Should we keep them online or switch them down to "always run"?
   However, they might fail on some platform that we don't have active
   developers on
   - Should we create an online build for the tests instead?
