[gep-ed] Observer passes to COP 23?

Hello all,

Cornell is taking a delegation of climate researchers and students to 
participate and work at COP 23 in Bonn in November. We are looking for up to 3 
observer passes to the COP for either week, for 2 amazing students who are 
climate change minors, and a climate change researcher. If anyone has any 
passes to share with us, please let us know.  Thank you very much!
