Quick Leonard Kieffer, a retained executive search firm in Chicago, is currently leading the University of South Florida's search for a Dean for their Patel College of Global Sustainability. Ideal candidates for this role will likely come from a university background, preferably with leadership experience in a center or department of Sustainability or related disciplines, or from sustainability-related foundations, government entities, or similar institutions, and will have the following qualifications:
• An earned PhD in any area related to global sustainability; • Experience in a global setting; • Five years of senior leadership experience in an academic, government or private sector institution with responsibilities related to global sustainability; • Demonstrated success leading a business or a multidimensional institute, or a multidisciplinary academic team; • Demonstrated success raising funds.
